I am the owner of plot No. A-126, Block 10 Gulisten-e-jauhar And I has been suffering by the unsecured conditions created by the land mafia of located in block 10 Gulistan-e-jauhar, for the last 15 years since I bought this plot. This block-10 is also deprived of developmental work, which had to be done by KDA/CDGK, is only because the land mafia of Chistai Nager didn’t allow them to do work. The most serious issue is the total failure of KDA/CDGK, The land mafia of Chistai Nager illegally and fearlessly possessed the plots and demolished the boundary wall if anyone dared to construct.

The land mafia of Chisti Nager constructed a boundary wall on my plot and make a room inside it. Please release the possession of my Plot. The Land Grabbers cover all the plots near the dividing road of Block-10 and Block-11. This is sheer injustice and lawlessness, which we (plot owner of this block 10 of Gulistan-e-Jauhar) have been facing helplessly from the last 15 years. We are educated and civilized people paying all the government taxes regularly and living in the biggest city of Pakistan so we do not deserve this kind of injustice which is simply considered as the LAW OF JUNGLE.
I am crying out for justice and help but always driven out. I am complaining now to the related authorities and waiting for development and make infrastructure in Block-10. No one take any attention on the Block-10 since long time and I only wander about. With great hope I am writing to you to find a way out of this difficulty.
Kindly look into the matter and take immediate action to solace us.

I have also faced the similar situation as written by Dr. Maroof Qureshi that the owners of plots are not in a position to enter their premises due to threat of illegal land grabbers as well as the illegal purchasers. I think that the government of sindh are also involved and support the above illegal persons, if not then the sindh government is required to start the following works:

1. Start Development Work in Block-11.
2. Issue instructions for Transfer and lease of the plots to the genuine owners and
given time frame for constructions on the plots.
3. Provide security to the actual owners /residents of Block-11, Gulistan-e-Johar
4. Block-11 Gulistan-e-Jauhar Karachi is previously lying under the jurisdiction of
Faisal Cantonment Board, Karachi but presently when visiting the web site of
Faisal Cantonment they have not shown Block-11 under their jurisdiction where
as on the website of Gulshan Town Block-11 is seen under the jurisdiction of
Faisal Cantt. So it is necessary to fix the jurisdictional authority over Block-11.
If the government is serious to resolve the issues of respectable peoples who have paid money to the government against their plots then save and earn revenue following:

a) First of all Block-11 is clean and all the criminal activities of vicinity because
criminals left the Block,
b) Received hand sum revenue in shape of Stamp Duty, property tax, water
charges as well as other agencies will receive their service charges i.e. PTCL,
KESC, CITY GOVT/CANTONMENT BOARD etc.

This advertisement campaign is clear violation of government rules, regulations and guidelines as confirmed by Dr. Asad Hafeez, Director General Health Services Academy also .
The Government of Pakistan since 2003 had outlawed such open advertisement of cigarettes through print and electronic media. The law states that “tobacco advertising is prohibited in publications intended for young people and tobacco Ads in the press will not be more than one square inch (with 20% of this covered with a health warning).” In short, the law practically prohibits any advertisement of cigarettes through print media of any sort.
Tobacco Control Cell, Government of Pakistan has decided to take action against illegal advertisement of Marlboro brand of Philip Morris.

Just want to drive attention of Mir Israrullah Zehri Saheb to take a look at the import bill of Edible Oils in the country and with an option for cultivation of Oil Palm in Coastal Areas of Sindh and Balochistan. The project was set on fire under 18th amendment and now by the grace of Planning Commission, it has been proposed that Project shall be handed over half to sindh and half to Balochistan by spliting its components where as the matter is of national interest and should remain under federal government. The employees of the project are still waiting for salaries since last 5 months but no one to take care of them as they are now no more humans. Honorable Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan’s kind attention is invited to the Pakistani prisoners who have not only completed their legal sentences but whose nationality status has also been confirmed/verified by the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan and accordingly forwarded to the Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi yet they are still languishing in the different Indian jails. Ministry of Interior & Ministry of Foreign Affairs should jointly take some better effective steps/measures to ameliorate the situation. 14- Pakistani prisoners have completed their jail terms. My son Sikandar-e-Azam Sani s/o Muhammad Khalid Butt has completed his 3-years jail term on 30th June, 2011 but he is still confined in the central jail, Kot Bhalwal Jammu despite the fact that he was provided consular access at the central jail, jaipur on 20th August, 2010. Ministry of Interior,Government of Pakistan has already confirmed his national status (being a Pakistani National by birth) and forwarded to the Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi who has to prepare his emergency travel certificate/document. In this regard Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan may like to issue necessary instruction to the Ministry of Interior/Ministry of Foreign Affairs as deemed appropriate. I shall be highly grateful to you sir.

Though my son namely, Sikandar-e-Azam Sani s/o Muhammad Khalid Butt has completed his 3-years legal jail term on 30th June, 2011 yet he is still presently confined in the central jail, Kot Bhalwal, Jammu. Consular access was provided to him on 20th August, 2010 at the central jail, Jaipur as per record of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, GOP. His national status (being a Pakistani National) has already been verified/confirmed by the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan and accordingly forwarded to the Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi who ultimately has to prepare his ‘emergency travel certificate/document upon receipt of release/repatriation order either from the Ministry of Home or Ministry of External Affairs, India. I shall be highly grateful and would appreciate, if efforts are made in this regard so that all Pakistani prisoners who have not only completed their jail sentences but whose national status has also been confirmed by the government of Pakistan could be released before Eid ul Azha. Hon’ble Foreign Minister (Ms.Hina Rabbani Khar) may like to like to her Indian counterpart to resolve this significant issue.
