Karachi: The Board meeting regarding approval of half yearly accounts for the period ended March 31, 2011 was scheduled to be held as on 31.05.2011.

The review report by the Auditors is under process and will take 10 to 15 days for its completion. We are applying for the extension of Board Meeting to Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan for 15 days.

It is to inform you that the Board meeting of 31.05.2011 has been postponed. Kindly inform the members accordingly.
