Karachi: Further to our letter dated July 15, 2011 conveying you the Subscription Figures for the IPO of Engro Foods Limited we now enclose the final subscription figures, in accordance with the requirements of KSE Listing Regulations 9 (1).
We also enclose original signed bank certificates / bank summaries of Askari Bank, Bank of Punjab, NIB, and UBL, which were not submitted earlier or where subscription figures have changed.
We confirm that we have collected application from all the bankers to the offer.

Anybody have any idea about the balloting of Engro Food shares ? i applied for shares but didnt got any response, neither accepted nor rejected..
