Karachi, July 10, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 17:00 noon on Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at the Head office of the Company, to consider the condensed interim financial information of the Company for the nine months period ended June 30, 2012. Therefore, in compliance with clause xxvi of the Code of Corporate Governance there will be closed period from July 12, 2012 to July 18, 2012 for the dealing of shares of the Company by Chief Executive Directors, Executives, Company Secretary and Chief Financial officer.
