Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited’s 3rd quarter board meeting and closed period

Karachi, July 24, 2012 (PPI-OT): The meeting of the Board of Directors of Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited (BYCO) will be held on Wednesday, 1st August 2012 at 3:00 pm at the corporate office of the Company, 10th F1oor, The Harbour Front, Dolmen City, HC-3, Block 4, Marine Drive, Clifton, Karachi, to consider and approve the Unaudited separate and consolidated condensed financial statements for the third quarter ended 31st March 2012.

The closed period will be from 24th July 2012 to 2nd August 2012 (both days inclusive), during which the directors, chief executive officer and other executives will not directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company.
