Karachi, August 16, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday 24th August, 2012 at 88-Ali Town, Thokar Niaz Baig, Raiwind Road, Lahore to consider the Annual Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended 30th June, 2012.

Closed Period

This is to further inform you that the Company has determined a closed period from 16th August, 2012 to 24th August, 2012 as per proviso of Regulation No. 35 (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance of the Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited, No Director, Chief Executive Officer or executive of the Company shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
