In accordance with KSE Notice No. KSE/N-3281 dated July 12, 2012, it is to inform you that I have gifted 2,344,816 ordinary shares of face value Rs. 10 each of Resham Textile Industries Limited to my wife Mrs. Kalsoom Kausar. The shares were electronically transferred by the CDC on 03-08-2012.

In accordance with KSE Notice No. KSE/N-3281 dated July 12, 2012, it is to inform you that I have gifted 6,427,283 ordinary shares of face value Rs. 10 each of Resham Textile Industries Limited to my real sister Mrs. Kalsoom Kausar, wife of Director Ch. Rahman Bakhsh on 03-08-2012 and 06-08-12.

Transfer of Shares

In accordance with KSE Notice No. KSE/N-3281 dated July 12, 2012, it is to inform you that I have been gifted 1,203,896 ordinary shares of face value Rs. 10 each of Resham Textile Industries Limited from my son Mr. Tariq Rahman son of Director Ch. Rahman Bakhsh and 2,344,816 ordinary shares of face value Rs. 10 each of Resham Textile Industries Limited from my husband Director Ch. Rahman Bakhsh. The shares were electronically transferred by the CDC on 03-08-2012.
