8 killed in Afghanistan violence

In Afghanistan, eight people were killed in latest incidents of violence in the country.

Gunmen killed six employees of the International Committee of the Red Cross in northern Jowzjan province.

Two civilians were killed in a suicide attack in eastern Paktika province today when a suicide bomber detonated himself at the gate of a district headquarters.
