Pakistan’s Liquid Foreign Reserves Position

Karachi, June 28, 2012 (PPI-OT): The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at $ 14,964.2 million on 22nd June, 2012 The break-up of the foreign reserves position is as under: -

i) Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan: $ 10,535.5 million.

ii) Net foreign reserves held by banks (other than SBP): $ 4,428.7 million

iii) Total liquid foreign reserves: $ 14,964.2 million
