12th International e-Banking conference and exhibition held

Karachi, April 24, 2014 (PPI-OT): The 12th International e-Banking Conference and Exhibition, held at the Pearl Continental Hotel, attracted the top decision-makers and key influencers of the industry as well as major players. The event allowed technology vendors to interact with the delegates and display their products and services to their primary target audience.

The event consisted of a conference with sessions and speeches on the best practices, insights, and their vision for the future of e-Banking accompanied by an exhibition where vendors displayed their offerings and solutions to their target audience. The conference will also include panel discussions on “Branch Process Automation” and “Banking in the Clouds”. The panels consisted of seasoned veterans from the IT and Financial sectors.

Mr. Mahmood Kapurwala, CEO, Avanza Solutions, was a part of the panel discussion “Banking in the Clouds”. Cloud computing is taking the IT world by storm; big players of the industry have started to jump into this domain.
