Karachi, September 30, 2012 (PPI-OT): On special directives of Minister for Excise and Taxation Mukesh Kumar Chawla intelligence wing was trying to arrest criminals involved in trafficking of drugs.
According to details Divisional Intelligence Officer Kaleem ullah Wasan received information about trafficking huge quantity of charas to Karachi, on receiving information he made team under supervision of Suleman Jatoi AETO, succeeded to detect a huge quantity of charas 400 hundred kilograms from a gas bouser (tanker) at the Super Highway near Kathore Malir, driver named Gaman s/o Pathan Khan was arrested at the spot, FIR No. 21/2012 lodge against accused Gaman s/o Pathan Khan, further investigation is underway. On this big achievement Minister for Excise and Taxation appreciated the efficiency of the intelligent Wing and has expressed his commitment that he would continue his struggle against drugs
