Punjab Development Working Party at a meeting in Lahore today (Friday) approved five development schemes of various sectors with an estimated cost of 6.34 billion rupees.
The schemes include establishment of University of Chakwal, establishment of Mother and Child Block at Teaching Hospital in Dera Ghazi Khan and capacity building of Environment Protection Department.
The meeting also approved the schemes of conducting study on capacity building of DGPR Punjab to meet the emerging challenges, and setting up of high quality isolation units across the province.
