Additional District and Session Judge Ghotki suspended for misconduct

Karachi, September 30, 2015 (PPI-OT): The Chief Justice Sindh High Court has suspended Mr. Qadir Bakhsh Dahri, Additional District and Sessions Judge Ghotki, with immediate effect on the ground of ‘misconduct’. He has been directed to report to High Court and in order to draw the pay and allowances, during the suspension period as admissible under the Rules, a post of O.S.D. (B-20) has been created for the purpose.

Meanwhile, Chief Justice and the Judges of the High Court of Sindh have ordered the following transfers and postings of Additional District and Sessions Judges, with immediate effect, in the public interest:

Mr. Muhammad Asif Soomro has been transferred from Naushahro Feroze and directed to report to High Court. A post of OSD (B-20) is created for drawing monthly salary. Ms. Abida Parveen has been transferred from Naushahro Feroze and directed to report to High Court. A post of OSD (B-20) is created for drawing monthly salary.
