Karachi, March 05, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Agritech Limited (AGL) will be held on Monday, March 11, 2013, at 2:00 P.M. at Faysal House, Main Shahra-e-Faysal, Karachi to change the Board of Directors of the Company.
As per clause XXVI of the Code of Corporate Governance we would like to further inform you that the company has determined a close period from March 5, 2013, to March 11, 2013 prior to the announcement of decisions of the meeting. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive of the company are entitled, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the company in any manner during the closed period.
