Air Marshal (Retd) Riazuddin Shaikh appointed Chairman Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource, Research and development Board

Karachi, January 31, 2014 (PPI-OT): The Government of Sindh with approval of the competent authority i.e Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah has notified Air Marshal (Retd) Riazuddin Shaikh as the Chairman of Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource, Research and development Board (BBSHRD).

The Management and staff of BBSYDP has warmly welcomed the timely decision of the government with a heartiest congratulation to Air Marshal (R) on his appointment as the Chairman, BBSHRD. In their statement issued here today they said that owning to its successful achievement, though the Sindh Assembly had unanimously passed the act of assembly to transform “Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Youth Development Program (BBSYDP)” as Board yet the Government was keenly in search of the most suitable personality to chair this mega initiative.

They were of the view that since Air Marshal(R) Riazudin was one of the pioneers who contributed to shape BBSYDP, his appointment as Chairman would be proved as instrumental source for further development of the BBSYDP and we the management other academicians have endorsed as most suitable decision of the present Government and it is expected that he would providing the desired dynamic leadership to the program and Board which was being felt missing for a long.
