Lahore, September 06, 2013 (PPI-OT): All Pakistan Paper Merchants Association (APPMA) on Friday assured its full support to PIAF-Founders Alliance for upcoming LCCI elections scheduled for September 23 and 24.
APPMA leaders Khamis Saeed Butt, Bao Muhammad Bashir, Sheikh Saadat Hussain, Khawaja Nadeem Saeed Wain, Muhammad Ajmal, Fazal Karim Chaudhry ahd Muhammad Akram Malik had a meeting with the PIAF-Founders Alliance Chairman Mian Anjum Nisar, Mian Muhammad Ashraf and Iftikhar Ali Malik and said that business community ackenowledges the services of Alliance for the cause of trade and industry and Alliance candidates will win with a thumping majority.
They said that APPMA was making arrangements for historical welcome of Alliance candidates for Associate Class Engr. Sohail Lasharil Muhammad Haroon, Talha Tayyab, Khawaja Khawar Rasheed, Rizwan Ali Khalid, Raja Hamid Riaz and Muhammad Akram.
The Alliance leaders said that PIAF-Founders Alliance would continue to serve the business community in the larger interest of economy and would urge government to form business friendly policies.
They said that the entire business community understands well that the Alliance had always tried its best to get the problems of the business-doing people solved by taking them up with the concerned Ministries and Departments. They said that in future the liaison between the business community and the policy makers would be further strengthened to ensure result-oriented policies.
The Alliance leaders said that both the public and private sectors belong to same camp so they must make all efforts jointly and in consultation with each other for the economic well-being of the country instead of working separately.
