Annual general meeting of Chakwal Spinning Mills Limited will be held on January 31, 2016

Karachi, Chakwal Spinning Mills Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company will be held on January 31, 2016 at Lahore.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of general meeting held on October 31 2014, consideration of the audited accounts of the company for the year ended June 30, 2015, appointing and fixing the remuneration of the auditors, and considering the remuneration of director of the company.

Further, the closed period of the company is from January 25, to January 31, 2016 (both days inclusive).
