Annual general meeting of Faran Sugar Mills Limited

Karachi, Faran Sugar Mills Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange about the annual general meeting of the company scheduled will be held on January 28, 2016.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of extraordinary general meeting held on October 27, 2015, consideration of the audited financial statement of the company for the year ended September 30, 2015, considering the payment of cash dividend of 50%, appointing and fixing the remuneration of the auditors.

Further, the closed period of the company is from January 21 to January 28, 2016 both days inclusive.
