Annual general meeting of Sanghar Sugar Mills Limited

Karachi, Sanghar Sugar Mills Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange about the annual general meeting of the company scheduled to be held on January 30, 2016 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will be consideration of the audited financial statement of the company for the year ended September 30, 2015, considering the payment of cash dividend of 20%, appointing and fixing the remuneration of the auditors.

Further, the closed period of the company is from January 22, to January 30, 2016 both days inclusive.

Sanghar Sugar Mills Limited is a public limited company, is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of sugar.

Initially Mills having a capacity of 2,000 T.C.D. was installed. Subsequently the capacity has been increased which currently stands at 6,000 T.C.D.
