Ashraf Mahmood Wathra appointed Acting Governor State Bank of Pakistan

Islamabad, January 31, 2014 (PPI-OT): Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Finance Minister has appointed Mr. Ashraf Mahmood Wathra, Deputy Governor, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) as the Acting Governor SBP till further orders.

The Governor SBP Mr. Yaseen Anwar has been directed to hand over the charge to Mr. Ashraf Mahmood Wathra, upon closure of business hours today.
