Karachi, October 19, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. 456-K, Model Town, Lahore to consider the Quarterly Financial statements for the 3rd Quarter ended September 30, 2012.
The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from 18 October, 2012 to 25th October, 2012(both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
