Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal has said PTI Chairman Imran Khan and his workers can approach courts to get relief instead of resorting to violence and arson.
Talking to media in Islamabad on Friday, he said the five-member bench of the Election Commission of Pakistan, in its unanimous decision, has disqualified Imran Khan.
He said the PTI Chief has the option to approach courts for relief if he considers himself innocent. He, however, said that violence, chaos and mobocracy have no space in any civilized society.
Ahsan Iqbal said attacks by violent mobs will not be tolerated and Imran Khan should surrender before the law.
