Bhuttoo’s dead body was desecrated by the Dictator: Mian Manzoor Ahmad Watoo

Islamabad: Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan, Mian Manzoor Ahmad Wattoo has said that the dictator of that time not only committed the judicial murder of the most popular leader of the nation, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhuttoo, but also desecrated his dead body. “Bhuttoo’s Special Security Superintendent in jail Col. ® Rafi-ud-Din in his interview on a private television channel confessed how Bhuttoo was executed and how the body of such a great leader was desecrated after his death.” Wattoo observed.

He urged the armed forces of Pakistan, higher judiciary and political workers to watch this interview carefully so that they may be able to know the facts from a person who was the part of all sinister and dreadful episode in the our national history.

He said that as a nation we need to understand that how the nation was deprived of such a great leader with the convenience of the courts of that time. “Bhuttoo murder is a debt on the nation and we can pay off this debt only by pledging to ourselves not give way to dictator ship in any case and to strive our best for the continuance of the democratic rule which was the way of Shaheed Bhuttoo.” Wattoo maintained.

Mian Manzoor Ahmad Wattoo argued that Chairman Pakistan People’s Party, Bilawal Bhuttoo Zardari has demanded the apology from the higher courts because of the fact that Bhuttoo was hanged with the convenience of the Supreme Court of the Zia period. If present Supreme Court seeks an apology from the people of Pakistan for Bhuttoo’s murder it will as add up in the honour and dignity of the Courts.

Wattoo observed that although President Asif Ali Zardari was not involved in the murder of Baloch Leader Nawab Akbar Khan Bhughti and other accesses afflicted upon the Baloch even then on assuming the office of President of Pakistan he seek open apology from the people of Baluchistan for the injustice done to the them. He said that by doing so the President not only has shown his greatness and open heartedness but he also succeeded in boiling down the anger of the Balochs.
