Notice is hereby given that meeting of the Board of Directors of Biafo Industries Limited will be held on Thursday April 19 ,2012 at 11.30 AM at No.203-204 2nd Floor, Muhammad Gulistan Khan House, 82-East Fazalul Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad to transact the following business:-
1. To confirm the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 23, 2012.
2. To consider and approve the un audited accounts for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 along with the Directors’ Report.
3. To review the performance of the company in the light of projections for the year 20ll-12.
4. Any other business with the permission of the chair.
Closed Period: As per Regulation No.37 (XXVI) of the Code of Corporate Governance of the Exchange closed period is from April 12, 2012 to April 19, 2012.
