Board meeting of Century Insurance Company Limited

Karachi, Century Insurance Company Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange about the board of directors meeting of the company scheduled will be held on January 13, 2016 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting shall be consideration of amend/alter memorandum of association of the company.
