Karachi: Dewan Sugar Mills Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on January 27, 2016 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting is to inter alia consider the First Quarter, condensed interim financial statements for period ended December 31, 2015.

Further, the Company has declared closed period from January 20, 2016 to January 27, 2016 (both days inclusive)
