Board meeting of Glamour Textile Mills Limited to be held on April 30, 2016

Karachi, Glamour Textile Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that the board meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on April 30 2016 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting shall be consideration of quarterly accounts for the period ended March 31, 2016.

Further, the closed period of the company shall be from April 23, 2016 to April 30, 2016.

Glamour Textile Mills Limited engaged in creating, developing and manufacturing of 100% cotton yarn. The Company has a manufacturing unit located at Manga Raiwind Road in the province of Punjab. It is listed in Pakistan Stock Exchange.
