Board meeting of Grays of Cambridge Pakistan Limited to be held on January 22, 2016

Karachi, Grays of Cambridge Pakistan Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board meeting of the company will be held on January 22, 2016 at Sialkot. The agenda of the meeting is to consider change of name of company, Foreign Directors resignation in the light of recent transaction for acquisition of shares of company by Anwar Khawaja Industries (Private) Limited and filling up casual vacancies and other agenda items.

Further, the closed period of the company shall be from January 14, to January 22, 2016.
