Board meeting of Lakson Investments Limited to be held on February 06, 2016

Karachi: Lakson Investments Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on February 06, 2016 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting is to consider condensed interim financial statements of the collective investment schemes managed by the Company named as the Lakson Income Fund, the Lakson Money Market Fund, the Lakson Equity Fund, the Lakson Asset Allocation Developed Markets Fund, the Lakson Asset Allocation Emerging Markets Fund and the Lakson Asset Allocation Global Commodities Fund (hereinafter collectively called Funds) for the period ended December 31, 2015.

Further, the Company has declared closed period from January 29, 2016 to February 06, 2016(both days inclusive).
