Board meeting of Orix Leasing Pakistan Limited will be held on September 16, 2015

Karachi: Orix Leasing Pakistan Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on September 16, 2015 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting is to consider audited financial statements for year ended June 30, 2015.

The Company has declared closed period from September 9, 2015 to September 16, 2015, during which no Director, CEO or Executive of the company shall directly/indirectly deal in the shares of the company in any manner.

ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited is a company incorporated in Pakistan as a private limited company on July 1, 1986 and was converted into a public limited company on December 23, 1987. The foundations of the company are laid under the Companies Ordinance, 1984.
