Board meeting of Siemens Pakistan Engineering Company Limited to be held on January 27, 2016

Karachi, Siemens Pakistan Engineering Company Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board meeting of the company will be held on January 27, 2016. The agenda of the meeting shall be consideration of unaudited financial statements for 1st quarter ended December 31, 2015.

Further, the closed period of the company shall be from January 13, to January 29, 2016 (both days inclusive).

Siemens Pakistan Engineering Company Limited was founded in 1922 in the Indo-Pak region. In 1953 the company was recognized as a private limited company. In 1963 the company was restructured as a public limited company. The business of the company includes operating in the industry sector, energy sector, health care sector, and infrastructure and cities sector.
