Karachi: Synthetic Products Enterprises Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on February 09, 2016 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting is to consider Half Yearly Accounts for period ended December 31, 2015 for declaration of any entitlement.

Further, the Company has declared closed period from January 21, 2016 to February 09, 2016.
