Board of directors meeting of Data Textiles Limited

Karachi, Data Textiles Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on February 28, 2023 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting will to consider the Quarterly Accounts for the period ended December 31, 2022.

Further, the company has declared the closed period from February 23, 2023 to February 28, 2023.

Data Textiles started commercial operations in October 1991.The main activity of the company is manufacturing and sale of yarn. The total numbers of shares are 9,909,600. The Earnings per share is (0.03) in 2020 which was (0.03) in 2019. The Company had a loss of Rs. 2,541,000 in 2020 which was 2,530,000 in 2019.
