Customers can call TCS Hazir and book documents and parcels of up to 25 kg right at their doorstep thus enabling them to save precious time.
Initially available in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, TCS Hazir guarantees pick up of documents and parcels within 60 minutes from anywhere, anytime and on any day. Expressing his views at the launch of this innovative product, Naiyar Saifi, Director Marketing and Public Affairs, TCS said, “Launch of TCS Hazir will enable customers to save precious time and book their letters/parcels from the comfort of their homes.
The Company realizes that time is important for its customers and attends to this need with a service that provides added convenience and time-saving. TCS Hazir is the first of many new products that the Company aims to introduce in the coming months to further enhance the already superior customer experience and represents the new shared vision, based on ‘Delivering Beyond Customer Expectations.’
It is expected that TCS Hazir will revolutionize Pakistan’s logistics industry as it gives more convenience to customers thus leading to all round greater efficiency. Other players in the market also offer a similar service but none guarantee a turnaround time of 60 minutes.
