Karachi, September 06, 2019 (PPI-OT): K-Electric would be extending maximum relief on 9th and 10th of Moharram in order to facilitate its consumers and the Moharram processions. The power utility has already been providing uninterrupted electricity where Majalis and possessions are taking place from 1st Moharram. The Utility Management is in close contact with the commissioner office along with other District Management offices.
K Electric cautions its customers to stay safe and discourage the use of illegal kundas and hanging lights, both are public safety hazard. KE’s field team are on alert and power supply situation is monitored through Command and Control Center 24/7. KE’s well-equipped field staff is available round the clock to respond any power complaint and overcome any localized fault swiftly. Consumer may register their complaints on 118 call centers, 021-99000, on 8119 through SMS, on company’s digital platform and may connect on KE Live App also.
