Three killed in Harnai firing incident

Three persons working in a coal mine were killed when unknown armed men opened fire on them at Shahrag area of Harnai district in Balochistan on Sunday.

According to Levies sources, all the three dead bodies have been shifted to hospital in Harnai and hunt for the arrest of the unidentified militants is underway.

Punjab Governor visits hospital to inquire after health of Ch Shujaat Hussain

Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar visited a local hospital in Lahore on Sunday, to inquire after health of President Pakistan Muslim League-Q Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain.

He met with MNA Chaudhry Salik Hussain and prayed for early recovery of Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain.

The Governor said Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain is a senior politician of Pakistan who has always promoted the politics of tolerance and modesty.

4 killed in firing incident at Mastung, Balochistan

In Balochistan, four people including a tribal chief Sardarzada Mir Muhammad Khan Ababki were killed in an attack by some unknown gunmen in Mastung on Sunday night.

According to Levies sources, four people were also injured in the attack. The injured have been shifted to hospital in Mastung.

Meanwhile, condemning the firing incident, the Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo directed the Police and other concerned authorities to take all possible steps for immediate arrest of the elements involved behind the incident.

Covid-19: six more deaths, 216 positive cases reported in country

As the COVID-19 prevalence significantly declines, six deaths have been reported in a single day in the country.

According to National Command and Operation Center’s statistics, 216 positive cases were reported after 33,435 tests on Monday.

The positivity ratio remained zero point six four percent.
