The annual general meeting of the Company will be held on Monday 17 October 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at Avari Towers Hotel, Fatima Jinnah Road, Karachi.
The share transfer books of the Company will be closed from 11 October 2011 to 17 October 2011 (both days inclusive). Transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar M/s. FAMCO Associates (Private) Limited, State Life Building No. 1-A, 1st Floor, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi at the close of business on 10 October 2011 will be treated in time for the purpose of attendance of Annual General Meeting.
