Karachi: This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Friday, October 21, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at the Head Office of the company to consider the Financial Statements for the period ended September 30, 2011.

In terms of the Code of Corporate Governance and Listing Regulations of Stock Exchange, the Company has determined period from October 14, 2011 to October 21, 2011 (both days inclusive) as Closed Period during which time no Director, Chief Executive or Executive of the Company shall acquire or deal in the shares of the Company in any manner, whether directly or indirectly.
