Karachi, May 11, 2015 (PPI-OT): Chinese investment in Pakistan will enhance bilateral trade and economic relations and bring revolution and encouraging other foreign investment in various sectors of the country. This was stated by Abdul Rahim Janoo, Senior Vice President FPCCI in a meeting with newly posted Chinese Commercial Counsellor in Karachi who visited Federation House.
He further said that a big trade delegation will visit China on the occasion of Kunming Fair schedule from 12th to 16th June 2015 under his leadership to attend the exhibition. FPCCI has completed its preparations for participation of 47 companies in the said exhibition who will display variety of their products on their stalls during the exhibition. The meeting was also attended by Ikram Rajput, Vice President and Incharge Sindh Region, Waseem Vohra and Shahnawaz Ishtiaq, Vice Presidents of FPCCI.
The Commercial Counsellor said that the 3rd China-South Asia Exposition at Kunming City, Yunnan Province of China is aimed bringing business community of South Asia more closer to their counterparts in China and exploring new business potential in Asian region. He assured full support and cooperation for fruitful participation of FPCCI in the said exhibition. The Senior Vice President FPCCI hoped that Pakistani companies will benefit from the vast potential of the Chinese market for Pakistani products.
