Chong Ng Joins Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry Company, as Business Development Director Asia

Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company (NYSE: KFY), today announced that it has appointed Chong Ng as Business Development Director for the Asia region. Mr. Ng has been appointed to help grow the company’s RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) business and enhance Futurestep’s go-to-market strategy across Asia.

Based in Hong Kong, with a focus across Asia, Mr. Ng will work closely with Futurestep and Korn/Ferry’s APAC leadership team to develop and deliver large–scale solutions in China, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Futurestep, Mr. Ng was the founder and Managing Director of Vantage Limited where he spent the past three years providing clients with outsourcing and IT consulting advisory services across Asia. Notably, Mr. Ng brings with him a wealth of leadership and outsourcing expertise having led a sales practice across thirteen countries in Asia Pacific as well as having negotiated significant outsourcing contracts in major markets during his 20 years with EDS in Asia and in the US.
