CM Punjab Invites Japanese Investors to Establish Units in Special Economic Zones

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has extended an invitation to Japanese investors to establish manufacturing and assembly units within the Special Economic Zones of the province. In a recent meeting with Norihiko Ishiguro, Chairman of the Japan External Trade Organization, she assured potential investors that the Punjab government would offer free land and tax-free facilities to encourage their participation.

According to Radio Pakistan, CM Sharif also took the opportunity to visit the National Center for Global Health in Japan. She announced plans to upgrade Punjab’s health sector by adopting Japan’s advanced healthcare system as a model for development.
