Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has stressed the need to expedite the process of draining out flood water from affected areas.
He chaired a high level meeting in Karachi on Monday.
The meeting reviewed flood related issues including draining out of flood water from all areas along both the right and left banks of the Indus in the province.
He said arrangements have to be made to send back affectees to their homes so that life return to its routine.
The meeting was briefed about the current position of stagnant flood water in different cities and areas of the province.
