Karachi: We have to inform you that the board of Directors of our Company in their Meeting held at 12:00 noon on Saturday the October 29, 2011 have considered and approved the Quarterly Un-Audited Accounts for the period ended September 30, 2011 and the Board of Directors recommended the following:
