We wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited (DAWH) to consider and approve the unaudited Accounts of the Company for the 2nd quarter and Half Year ended 30th June 2012 is still in progress.

The financial results including recommendations of the Board of Directors of the Company will be communicated to the Exchanges on the next working day (i.e. Wednesday, 1st August 2012) between 9:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
