Deputy Commissioner Karachi West Fayyaz Alam Solangi chairs meeting regarding Rural Statistics 2020

Karachi, December 27, 2019 (PPI-OT): Deputy Commissioner Karachi West Fayyaz Alam Solangi chaired the meeting regarding rural statistics 2020. Which was attended by all the Assistant Commissioners of the District West and representatives of legislators and institutional statistics. Deputy Commissioner West Fayyaz Alam Solangi apprised all participating officers about the need for Rural Statistics 2020.

He said that the ninth rural countrywide data collection in 2020 will be completed in three phases. The first phase, which will start in Sindh from January 2020, will start regular training for the staff of the department, starting on 1st January, 2020 and immediately after the training, regular work will be started to get information about each and every study will be done.

All the information from the rural census 2020 is arranged at the tehsil level so that the district government administration and the local government can know the actual situation related to the basic facilities of their district, on the basis of which they can better plan for future development. And plan and view the results of previously completed development projects. At the end of the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Karachi West Fayyaz Alam Solangi thanked all the officers for their participation.
