Islamabad, June 11, 2013 (PPI-OT): The Election Commission of Pakistan has, in line with its policy of transparency and openness, directed all the Returning Officers for providing certified copies of the following forms/information relating to the General Elections-2013 to any individual, NGOs, media and general public etc:
1- Form XIV (Statement of Count) prepared by the Presiding Officers for each polling station,
2- Form XV (Ballot Papers Account) prepared by the Presiding Officers,
3- Form XVI (Consolidation statement of result of count furnished by the Presiding officers,
4- Form XVII (Result of the Count) prepared by the Returning officers and
5- Polling Scheme for General Elections-2013.
In this regard, letters have been issued to all the Provincial Election Commissioners for implementation of above said directions by all the Returning officers of their respective provinces.
Needless to mention here that the following information, being public documents, could be obtained from the Returning Officers concerned on receipt of demand/application and required fee, as per rules. All interested individuals, NGOs, media and general public are therefore requested to contact the Returning Officer concerned for the certified copies of above said form/information.
