Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that twenty thousand schools in remote areas the province will be shifted to solar energy.
Presiding over a meeting to review the implementation of Khadim e Punjab Ujala Program in Lahore on Wednesday, he said more than ten thousand eight hundred schools of Southern Punjab will be shifted on solar power in the first phase.
He said that this project will be carried out with utmost transparency.
