Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Iqbal Zafar Jhagra says people of FATA and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have rendered great sacrifices in the war against terrorism.
He was talking to Peshawar based U.S Consul General Stephen Fakan who called on him in Peshawar today.
The governor said the international community should acknowledge the role of Pakistan in this regard.
Iqbal Zafar Jhagra said reforms are being implemented in tribal areas to bring people of the area in the national mainstream.
Talking to delegation of Franch media in Peshawar today, Iqbal Zafar Jhagra said peace has been restored in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and FATA due to operation Zarb-e-Azb.
He said the environment is quite feasible for foreign investment in these areas.
Referring to FATA reforms, the governor said our government has already taken the initiatives to implement it.
