Extraordinary general meeting of Mari Petroleum Company Limited to be held on May 21, 2015

Karachi: Mari Petroleum Company Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that extraordinary general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on May 21, 2015.

The agenda of the meeting will be declaration of dividend, increase authorized share capital of the company from Rs. 2,500,000,000 to Rs. 13,090,001,000 and issuance of 92,000,000 non-voting, non cumulative, unlisted redeemable preference shares.
