Feroze1888 Mills Limited’s extension in time for holding annual general meeting for the year ended June 30, 2012

Karachi, October 4, 2012 (PPI-OT): With reference to our letter # F1888/KSE-19/12 dated October 3, 2012 enclosed please find a copy of extension letter from Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan allowing extension in period for holding of AGM upto November 30, 2012.

Please refer to your application dated September 29, 2012 requesting extension of 30 days the holding of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and laying of annual audited accounts for the year ended June 30, 2012 of Feroze1888 Mills Limited, (“the Company”).

In this connection, I am directed to inform you that the Commission has allowed extension in period for holding of AGM arid laying therein the annual audited accounts of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2012 up to November 30, 2012, as per the provisions of Section 158 and 233 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984.
